30-Day Return Window
We want your TideRove gear to feel right before your next beach, pool, or travel day. Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included. Because snorkel mouthpieces and masks are hygiene-sensitive products, items that have been used in water, worn on the face, placed in the mouth, altered, damaged by misuse, or returned without key parts cannot be accepted unless they are defective.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at jazzypoulan4@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos or a short video so we can help faster.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, gift wrap, and duties, taxes, or import fees are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot process a refund for a return that is not received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the color or size you want. Contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Cancellations
Orders can usually be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used snorkels, mouthpieces, or masks for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards, final sale items, or items marked non-returnable, where permitted by law.
