Products and Safety

TideRove snorkel products are intended for recreational surface snorkeling, swimming, beach trips, pool use, and travel. They are not lifesaving devices, professional dive equipment, or substitutes for swim ability, proper training, adult supervision, or local water-safety rules.

  • Children must use snorkel gear only with close adult supervision and proper fit.
  • Do not use snorkel gear in unsafe water, strong currents, poor visibility, rough surf, boating lanes, or conditions beyond your ability.
  • Inspect gear before each use. Do not use damaged equipment.
  • Follow fit, care, rinse, drying, and storage guidance to help reduce leaks, fogging, damage, and hygiene issues.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be processed, inventory is unavailable, shipping information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, pricing or product information contains an error, or fulfillment is otherwise not possible.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, promotions, product descriptions, colors, images, and availability may change without notice. We try to present accurate information, but errors may occur. If a material error affects your order, we may contact you with options or cancel and refund the order.
