Shipping Destinations

TideRove currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada. If an address cannot be serviced by our carriers, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During busy travel seasons, promotions, or carrier disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: estimated delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
  • Canada: estimated delivery is typically 7 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, and peak-season volume can affect final delivery time.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $50. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated or displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Canadian Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees. Unless these amounts are collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or government authority before delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We can only change an address before the order is processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact us at the email below. We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier when possible.
